Here at Drip City Jewellers, we do our best to ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible. Normally, orders have approx. a 3-5 business day processing time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm AEST) unless further verification is needed.

To ensure that your package is shipped out as soon as possible, please be sure that your billing and shipping address both match for credit card purchases and that your shipping address is confirmed if using Paypal as your payment method.

Although we do allow for separate shipping/billing addresses, we require further verification (which may include but not limit to providing a photo ID) prior to shipping out the package.

Watches takes upto 5-10 business days to process and ship as they are customised and kept under observation for 24 hours.

Additional to our processing times, your package will be received depending on the shipping method chosen. Please note that all estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include in-house processing times (3-5 business days). Sizing and customisation may require longer period of time in handling.

Various shipping carriers are used at our discretion (Australia Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) depending on the purchase amount, shipping location, and shipping method chosen. Upon shipping out your order, a tracking number will be attached to your order and you will receive an email confirmation.

*Important for international customers: Items shipped outside Australia will be subject to custom fees upon delivery. Each country has its own tax rate, so please check with your local post office if you would like to know how much these fees would be. The shipping fees paid upon checkout do not include any custom fees.

GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

This warranty is only valid at Drip City Jewellers. All warranty service must be performed by Drip City Jewellers. The warranty is voided for any products opened or serviced by any other party.

Drip City Jewellers product as 100% genuine & most are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Warranty length is displayed on the item page on the website.

Warranty service will be provided by Drip City Jewellers under following conditions:

1) The warranty does not apply to:

• Scratches or changes to the finish
• The glass or crystal
• The crown or stem
• The case, strap or bracelet
• Damaged parts or damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse
• Damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limitations

2) The warranty does apply to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Watch movement
• Battery replacement

3) Drip City Jewellers will repair/ replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts & labour during the warranty period.

4) Drip City Jewellers disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this watch, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5) Warranty return/repair parcels must be clearly shipped with a return/repair form obtained by contacting Drip City Jewellers customer service via email at info@dripcityjewellery.com.au. Parcels without invalid shipping details will be refused.

6) Goods must be sent via traceable carrier, such as Australia Post, Fedex, UPS (United Parcel Service), USPS (United States Postal Services) with insurance & delivery prepaid by the purchaser. Parcels shipped collect will be refused. The customer is liable for loss/damage in transit.

Warranty for Jewellery

All our diamond jewellery will come implied 30 days warranty covering against any manufacturer defects. Any manufacturer defects would be apparent in this time period. We have jewellers that can repair or if necessary replace the item. Damages caused by excessive wear-and-tear & /or physical abuse are not covered under warranty. Diamonds are not covered under warranty but labor is covered for the warranty period. After the warranty period we offer repair services at nominal pricing as a service to our customers. Shipping is not covered under warranty.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date provided it meets the following criteria:

• Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags and gift boxes.
• Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks or blemishes.
• Items must not have been customised, sized or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweller.
• Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.
• Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
• There will be a 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.
