Returns / Exchange Policies
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date provided it meets the following criteria:
- Returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags and gift boxes.
- Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks or blemishes.
- Items must not have been customised, sized or adjusted in length on special requests by us or by a local jeweller.
In addition:
- Return shipping/handling fee is to be paid by buyers.
- Refunds take 3-5 business days to process.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.
